Assessment:
Now a PDP diagnosis system is applied for a dynamic assessment on talent force, based on the organization¡¯s competency model.

Alignment:
In this stage tailored solutions are produced out of LA¡¯s integrated learning resources to meet customer¡¯s needs. Three categories are included here, namely, leadership and management, individual competency, and professionalism.

Action:
This is to help organizations in successfully implementing their talent development plans. With the programs taken into action, hidden problems may be discovered for better improvement. Training methods involved are: Interactive Seminars, Sand Table Simulation, Post-training Coaching, One-to-One or One-to-Many Coaching, etc.
